Register with that email, download the Pi image, flash, and activate.
Keep your hub connected. After setup your Iris runs on your own network, but it still needs outbound internet to the OmniRemote server for software updates and a periodic license check. If you isolate the hub on a VLAN, allow it to reach the internet — don't block it entirely, or updates and license validation will stop working.
